Four winged lions support the upper part of the obelisk that rest on a solid white Carrara marble fluted base adorned with a mercury gilt bronze cord. The lower part of the obelisk is a rectangular shaped green porphyry base embellished with ormolu masks and floral details and is supported by a solid white Carrara marble square shaped base resting on gilt bronze lion\u2019s paw feet.
