EREDI ANTONIO ESPOSITO makes shipments in Italy and all over the world, only with reliable services offered by some Express Couriers.

All shipments, in Italy and worldwide, are traceable where possible. To the customer, at the time of shipment, will be provided the name of the courier used and the tracking number, so that he can follow the progress of your shipment. Our shipments are all “express”: this means that orders received by 16 CET are, in fact, delivered to the courier the next day. Orders received after 4pm are delivered the next day or within 48 hours. However, in days of high traffic of orders received (beginning of sales, or holidays), this timing may be delayed.

Shipments can be DDP or DDU, depending on the nationality of the customer.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping is provided for EU countries.
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

In these countries, the VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is foreseen for non-EU countries.
Non-EU countries, are not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price, while any local tax, import and/or customs clearance is charged to the customer.

As soon as the payment will be authorized (in case of payment by Credit Card or Paypal) or as soon as the amount of the transfer will be materially credited to our account at our bank (in case of payment by bank transfer) and the items will be available, the orders will be processed as soon as possible.
We remind our new customers that your first order must necessarily receive a verification from the bank that issued your credit card. Our bank will then contact your bank so that your details can be confirmed before we can proceed with shipping.
This verification may cause a delay in the shipment of your first order.
Shipping costs are provided by the website based on the amount of your order and the weight of your order. The shipping costs are however shown in a clear and understandable way in the cart and always before finalizing the order.

The delivery is approximately expected within 2/3 working days from the time of shipment.
Europe EU (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within 4/6 working days from the time of shipment.
Europe Extra EU + DDU: delivery is approximately expected within 5/10 working days from the time of shipment.
