A beautiful serpentine shaped late 18th century Venetian Rococo wall-mounted console in a fantastic rich brown walnut wood with gilt accents. Molded top resting on two side cabriole legs joined at the bottom with acanthus carvings final. The beautifully curvy shaped top is enriched by a golden paint band and the graceful S shaped cabriole legs are embellished by hand-carved and parcel gilt floral decoration, rosettes and leaves motifs running along them. These floating wall-mounted console shelf table or over scaled bracket needs to be fixed to the wall for a perfect stability, very easy to mount. Narrow proportions and nice size for a small entry or hallway and could also be used as an interesting bedside nightstands or side table or as a shelf for clocks or collectibles.
